摘要
以乙酰丙酮为原料 ,通过氯化、环合及酰化反应合成了 2 -甲酰胺基 - 4 -甲基 - 5 -乙酰基噻唑。实验研究了物料配比、反应温度及pH值诸因素对产品收率的影响 ,在优化条件下总的收率可达79.7%。
Acetyl-2-carbamoyl-4-methylthiazole were synthesized from acetyl acetone and thiourea through chlorination,cyclization and carbamoylation.The effects of ratio of raw materials, reaction temperature and pH value on the yield were studied and the optimum reaction conditions were obtained. The total yield was up to 79.7%.
