原子吸收分光光度法对东北黄芪中微量元素的全分析

Complete analysis of microelement in astragulus root of northeast China by atomic absorption spectrophotometry

本文以火焰原子吸收法和石墨炉原子吸收法测定了东北黄芪中 14种微量元素的含量 ,并对 4种预处理消化方法进行了比较 ,选择出对某种元素较好的测定方法。

In this paper the content of fourteen microelements in astragulus root of northeast China was determined by flame atomic absorption and graphite oven absorption spectrophotometry, compared with four pretreatment slaking methods and gained good determination methods for some elements.
