摘要 细胞内游离Ca2 + 在生理功能中起重要作用 ,本文简介了利用19FNMR测定细胞内游离Ca2 + 浓度的方法 ,该方法所具有的优越性以及氟代指示剂的改进和应用。 Intracellular free calcium ion had important effects on physiogical function.This article summarized the analysed 19F NMR methods of intracellular free calcium,the advantage of 19F NMR,the application in all aspects and the development of fluorescent probe.
