摘要  脂肪脂合酶(FAS)在恶性肿瘤中表达增高,酶活性增强。FAS的过度表达与肿瘤的发生、演变、侵袭、预后有关。了解肿瘤细胞中FAS的作用为肿瘤的诊断、治疗提供新的思路。浅蓝菌素、C75是FAS的抑制剂,是肿瘤药物治疗的的靶位。 Many primary carcinomas express high levels of FAS and enzyme activity.The overexpression of FAS is associated with production, change,invasion and prognosis of the tumor. Further research on its tumor biolog y and metabolism pathway can led to new approach in cancer diagnosis and therapy .Cerulenin and C75 which are FAS inhibitors,are target pathways for chemotherapy development.
