选用加有抗静电剂的聚氨酯水乳液胶作为浸渍液 ,将软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料制品浸渍于其中 ,制备出表面电阻为 10 2 ~ 10 8Ω的抗静电泡沫。讨论了浸渍胶液种类、抗静电剂用量、浸渍液固含量和泡沫体密度对抗静电泡沫性能的影响。该抗静电泡沫用于各种有抗静电要求的精密仪器的包装材料。
s: The title relates to preparation of antistatic flexible polyurethane foams by dipping method. The flexible polyurethane foam were dipped into water-based polyurethane emulsion impregnant with antistatic agent in it, and antistatic polyurethane foam with surface resistivity 10 2~10 8Ω were prepared. The effects of impregnant kind, the dosage of antistatic agent, solid content and the viscosity of the impregnant, and foam density on the antistatic property of the polyurethane foams were discussed. The PU foam is used as antistatic packing material for the precision instruments.
