摘要 在市场化、现代化和国际化的进程中 ,对一个行业或企业及其经营者而言 ,发展战略是其参与激烈竞争能否取胜的核心问题。在综合分析农业咨询业现状、国内市场需求的基础上 ,根据有所为、有所不为的原则 ,在突出比较优势的前提下 ,农业咨询业可持续发展的战略包括 :品牌战略、市场重点集中战略、多种经营战略、合作战略。 During the process of commercialization, modernization and globalization, the development strategy is a core issue of whether its participation in fierce competition can win for a sector or an enterprise. On the basis of integrated analysis of the current situation of agricultural consultant industry and domestic market demand, on the principle of 'you must leave some things undone it you want to get others done', and under the precondition of protruding the comparative advantages, the sustainable development strategy of agricultural consultant industry include: brand strategy, market focal concentration strategy, diversity operation strategy, cooperative strategy, talent strategy and globalization strategy.
