Exploration of the Construction of IT Application in Agriculture in Grass-root Agricultural Research Institutions

本文针对基层农业科研单位信息工作现状 ,提出做好传统文献服务应用现代信息技术建设好信息网站 ,为地方农业发展服务理顺管理体系 ,打造中国农业科技创新信息服务平台 。

To counter the current situation of grass-root agricultural research institutions, the paper puts forward the objective of doing a good job in traditional service and unfolding service for local agricultural development by making full use of modern information technology construction. We must further define the functions of the management systems, create an agricultural sci-tech innovation information service platform in China and realize co-sharing and co-construction of a national agricultural information resources.
