本文阐述了现代图书馆“人本化”管理涵盖两个方面 :即“以馆员为本”和“以读者为本”。现代图书馆管理者在对馆员实施的管理中 ,应该贯彻“以馆员为本”的管理理念 ,而馆员在对读者服务的过程中则应该贯彻“以读者为本”

Humanistic management' of modern libraries covers two aspects, i.e. 'taking the libraries as the foundation' and 'taking readers as the foundation'. Modern library managers should have the idea of 'taking the libraries as a foundation' in library management and the librarians should have the idea of 'taking readers as the foundation' in serving the readers.
