摘要
专业图书馆和公共图书馆有很大差别 ,现代网络技术的发展对专业图书馆带来了挑战和机遇。专业图书馆的转变就是功能的转变。
There are great differences between special library and public library. The development of the modern information technology (IT) has brought out many challenges and opportunities for the survival of traditional special library. The changes of special library are the functional changes. The article discussed how the library adopts IT and makes progress.
