摘要
该文首先在软件UG中运用齿轮精确建模的方法生成一对啮合齿轮,然后利用UG与ANSYS之间的良好数据交换接 口,将模型导入ANSYS,并用有限元法计算其接触应力,从而实现CAD与CAE的一体化。
A pair of meshing gears is presented by the method for precise modeling of gear in software UG. Then by the excellent data exchange interface between UG and ANSYS, the model can be transferred into ANSYS and contact stress can be calculated with finite element method (FEM).Thus the integration of CAD /CAE is obtained.
