摘要
APC称复方阿斯匹林,又称复方乙酰水杨酸,是最常用的热镇痛药。其组分是阿斯匹林、非那西丁、咖啡因。对APC含量分析一般采用容量法,此法操作繁琐,有文献报道采用液相色谱法和薄层色谱法,而对APC某一成分用光度法测定也有报道。本文采用薄层层析法和紫外分光光度法,对APC中的三组分进行分离和定量分析,取得了满意的结果。这种测定方法,尚未见报道。操作简便,仪器普及,便于推广。
A method of separation and determination of three compo-nents in the APC by thin-layer chromatography and ultraviolet spectropho-tometry is described.These components are separated on a silica gelGF 254 plate with benzene-ether-acetic acid-methanol(100-50-15-1)asthe developer. The absorbances of aspirin,phenacetin and caffeine aremeasured at 230nm,250nm,272nm,respectively,in UV-265. Results ofdetermination were quite satisfactory.
