8,13-epi—赤霉酸甲酯的合成及结构鉴定

摘要 报道由赤霉素类衍生物 (2 )合成赤霉酸甲酯 (6)。所得中间体及目标产物 (3 )~ (6)的结构均由1 HNMR ,1 3CNMR ,MS及高分辨质谱证实 ,目标产物的结构还经单晶X The 8,13 epi gibberellic acid methyl ester (6) was synthesized from gibberellic acid via 8,13 epi derivative ketone (2). The structures of the intermediates (3) (5) and target compound (6) were determined mainly by their 1H NMR, 13 C NMR, low and high mass spectra. The methyl gibberellate (6) was further confirmed by its single crystal X ray crystallography.
