摘要
本文从企业创新资产、人力资源、创新组织管理、创新绩效、创新环境五个方面构建了企业创新活力的综合评价指标体系,并针对其具有很强的模糊性特征运用模糊综合评判法建立了企业创新活力识别模型,为企业识别自身的创新活力状况,进行创新管理提供了科学参考。
In this paper,synthetic evaluation index system about enterprise' s innovation vigor is established from five aspects of innovation assets,manpower resource,organization and management of innovation,innovation performance,and innovation envi-ronment.A fuzzy evaluation model for enterprise' s innovation vigor is presented on its fuzzy characteristic.The model provides sci-entific reference for enterprise to realize its innovation vigor and manage innovation activities.
