摘要
文从系统的视角研究了供应链绩效管理。为供应链绩效管理提供了有效的思考方法和具体操作工具,并综合运用系统的基本特征进行供应链绩效评估,整体思考供应链绩效指标设计。最后,笔者提出了基于供应链制造业绩效评价指标的框架模型。
The article studies supply chain performance management from system perspective. It provides effective thinking method and specific operating tools for supply chain performance management. The article also makes performance evaluation on supply chain by using basic characteristics of system comprehensively. Integrated thinking on supply chain performance index design is done. In the end, the author provides a framework of performance evaluation index based on supply chain manufactures.
