摘要
当前,电子商务在我国蓬勃开展,然而消费者参与的热情却表明在逐渐削减。本文从电子商务的特点着手,从伦理角度探讨了其发展所面临的交易不安全、商家信誉差、网络生态危机的出现和消费者权益无法保障的障碍因素,并提出了相应的对策。
Currently, Electronic Commerce is booming in our country. Howerver, the enthusiasm of consumers to go on with Electronic Commerce decreases gradually. The article, according to the characteristics of it, from the ethical angle, studies the dealing insecurity, company's badly reputation, network ecosystem crisis and consumers' rights can't be guaranteed that the development of it is faced. And at last the paper brings up some proposal to the problems.
