Rapid Screening for Non-convalented Molecular Imprinted Systems

摘要 分子印迹是一项制备对特定目标分子具有高度特异性和选择性分子识别材料的新兴仿生技术,但分子印迹体系的筛选繁琐而耗时。综述了目前常用的 4种快速筛选方法。 Molecular imprinting was a rapidly developing and promising technique for the preparation of polymers with high affinity for a target molecular, but it was both time consuming and tedious to screen an imprinted system. In this paper, four common methods for the rapid screening of non-convalented molecular imprinted systems were reviewed with 37 references.
