摘要
超声-滚压强化工艺是在一般滚压工艺基础上发展起来的一种复合工艺.它是利用超声和机械的特点,对半精加工后的金属表面进行光整强化的一种新工艺.该工艺效果非常明显,它既可以大幅度降低表面粗糙度,又可以提高零件表面显微硬度、残余压应力,还可细化表面金相组织,因此,它可提高零件的接触面积、承载能力、耐磨性、耐蚀性、耐疲劳强度和配合稳定性等性能.本文仅对降低表面粗糙度进行试验研究,并得出了一些有益的结论,对生产实践有普遍的指导意义。
Ultrasonic burnishing is a combined process which is developedfrom common burnishing process.It is a new process of finishing onsemifinished metal surface by making use of ultrasonic and mechanicalcharacter.The process effort is very obvious:it not only reduces surfaceroughness,but also increases surface microhardness and residual compre-ssive stress,and fine control surface metallographic structure.Thus increa-sing working contact area,loading capacity,abrasiveness,stain-resistant,fatigue strength,fitting stability and so on.Reducing surface roughnessby using ultrasonic burnishing is researched in this paper.Some usefulconclusions are proposed which are of universal guiding significance topractical manufacture.
