摘要
本文阐述作者应用中国古代哲学典籍《周易》原理中的交济观念,将“导赤散”加味组成治疗淋证基本方,然后根据各类淋证患者的病症情况,在基本方中加味组方进行治疗.作者对施治100例患者的临床资料进行了统计归纳,对淋证病的主证表现,治疗依据、治疗情况、典型病例,治疗结果作了详细的分析、讨论和研究,总结了作者治疗淋证病的经验。
By following the principle of 'Coordination' in ZHOU YI,an ancient chinese philosophical classic, the author of the present paperuses Daochi San (powder for treating urine) to add ingredients so as tomake up basic prescriptions for the treatment of strangura.Then theauthor adds ingredients to basic prescriptions when treating strangurapatients depending on their symptoms.The author has conducted a statisticalanalysis of the clinical examination of 100 patients by observing theircardinal symptoms and has also made a detailed study of the treatmentbasis and conditions,some typical cases and their treatment results.This paper summarizes the author's preliminary achievements in treatingstrangura.
