摘要
本文阐述了氨选择性催化还原脱除废气中低浓度NO_x的原理、方法和过程.并且在实验装置上确定了使用8013催化剂时的最优操作条件.其结果表明:当温度在150~350℃.空速10000~35000 h^(-1)以及NO_x进口浓度为1000~5000 ppm时,NO_x脱除率可达95%左右。
This work described the experimental principle,method and
process of the removal of NO_x at low concentration from waste gas by
using the technique of selective catalytic ammonia reduction.The
optimum operation conditions on catalyst 8013 were determined in
laboratory plant. The removal fraction of NO_x can be up to 95% as
the bed temperature is in 150~350℃,the space velocity 10000~35000h^(-1)
and the inlet concentration of NO_x 1000~5000 ppm.
