摘要
运用Pro/E的基本造型模块对Perfect300联合作业机组的制钵机构进行了造型及装配设计;对类双四杆机构的工作原理进行了分析;运用Pro/E的Mechanism模块对切钵刀进行了运动仿真,为切钵刀的设计及改进提供了理论依据。
The mould design and assembly design of main parts of Perfect300 were finished with software Pro/E. The movement procedure of quasi-four-bar mechanism of the pot-making machine was analyzed. At the same time, with the mechanism module of Pro/E, the movement processing graphs of it were gained. All of these provide theoretical basis for knife parameters design and have directive meaning for the design of the machine.
