摘要
本文通过实验,研究了切削用量及刀具几何参数等因素对硬岩切削力的影响规律;提出了合理选择岩石切削加工工艺参数的原则;给出了若干对硬岩切削加工机械及刀具、夹具的设计与使用有重要参考价值的切削力经验公式。图5,表2,参6。
On the bas of the rock cutting experiment, characteristics in the effect of the factors like the cutting data and tool geometries and etc on the hard rock cutting forces are studied. The principles of selection of the cutting technological parameters are proposed. The empirical formulas of rock cutting forces are given. They can be referred to the design and use of the hard rock cutting machinery, tool, and fixture. 5figs., 2tabs., 6refs.
