摘要
将不同细度的煤矸石、纯硅酸盐水泥按30%:70%混合, 测其胶砂流动度、净浆标准稠度用水量和 3 天、28天抗压强度。以宏观性能指标为Z轴, 水泥与煤矸石激光粒度检测结果的中位径 D50 之差为 x轴, 水泥与煤矸石混合样的粉体激光粒度计算结果的中位径D50为y轴, 进行三维区域图分析, 给出各项性能指标发展趋势与水泥、煤矸石的相对位置以及混合体系总体细度的相互关系。
The cement and coal gangue samlpes which have different fineness were mixed in proportion of 70% and 30%. The mortar strength of coal gangue cement at age of 3days and 28 days, mortar fluidity and the water consumption of standard consistence of the coal gangue-cement paste were tested. We used Origin software to wake tri-dimension picture, in which macro property was enacted as z axes, the difference between D50 of cement and coal gangue enacted as x axes, D50 of coal ganue-cement mixing sample enacted as y axes. The relationship between the developmental trend of macro property , the difference between D50 of cement and coal gangue and D50 of coal gangue-cement mixing sample. The best particle size distribution matching of cement and coal gangue was given.
