摘要
用含镁较高的石灰质原料生产水泥具有重要意义.研究表明,采用萤石-石膏复合矿化剂在较低温度下有可能烧成安定性合格的高镁硅酸盐水泥.作者用化学分析、反光显微镜等方法,探讨了熟料中氟硫含量、氟硫比、硅率以及煅烧温度对熟料中MgO的分布、存在形式和微观状态的影响,得出了一些有意义的结论.
It is important to produce cement by using calcareous materials with high MgO content. It has been showed that cement of good soundness with high MgO content could be obtained by using fluorite and gypsum as combind mineralizer. The distribution, existing form and microstructure of MgO in cement clinker in relation to the added amount of CaF_2 and SO_3, CaF_2-SO_3 ratio, silica modulus and burning temperature have been studied by chemical analysis, reflecting microscope at the same time significant result showed.
