摘要
本文详细论述了Fe_3O_4在熔炼过程中的生成和还原,认为减少密闭鼓风炉窗集熔炼中生成Fe_3O_4的关键条件是炉内必须有足量的、分布均匀、粒度适中的石英石熔剂。并就减少Fe_3O_4对生产过程的危害,提出密闭鼓风炉富氧冶炼宜采用含SiO_2较高的渣型,减少炉料中的Fe_3O_4,同时,冶炼时产生的少量Fe_3O_4应由炉渣和冰铜及时带出系统。
This paper describes the formation and reduction of Fe_3O_4 in smelting process in detail, thinks thekey condition for reducing Fe_3O_4 formation in oxygen-enriched smelting in closed blast furnace is there are enough,uniform distributed quartz flux with moderate grain size in furnace, The corresponding measures of reducing Fe_3O_4harming to smelting process are put foward.
