略论实施质量体系认证与强化企业管理

Briefly Discussion on Relationship Between Implementation of Quality System Authentication and Intensification of Enterprise Management

本文通过对ISO9000族标准和企业管理内涵的比较分析,发现二者在最终目的、理论基础、资源配置、实施手段等方面有许多相同之处。指出通过建立完整的质量体系、编制可行的体系文件、组织严格的过程控制等可以夯实管理基础工作,改进企业内部管理,提高企业的管理水平,使企业获得更大的效益。

By the comparison and analysis between ISO9000 series standards and the connotation ofenterprise management, this article points out that enterprise basic management can be strengthened andenterprise intenal management can be improved by establishing the complete quality system, making up thefeasible system documents, organizing the strict process control, therefore enable the enterprise to gainconspicuous benefits.
