摘要
采用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,对08Al/15F复合钢带的反向凝固传热过程进行了有限元分析。数值计算的复合层厚度随时间的变化与实际的实验测量值基本一致。计算域内温度分布和变化规律显示,在浸渍过程的初始阶段与母带表面接触的复层钢液温度急剧下降至固相线以下,发生液固相变,在界面处形成固-固接触。此外,数值分析还揭示了‘∩’形的复合层厚度-浸渍时间曲线上出现较长"平台"的实质。
A numerical analysis model using FEM was developed to simulate the heat transfer andsolidification process in inversion strip casting of 08Al/15F composite strip. The result of computing with the helpof ANSYS software shows that the calculated values of clad layer thickness as a function of the duration of mothersheet dipping in molten steel are in accordance with the experimental results. The simulating temperaturedistribution in calculating area and its variation rule also show that the temperature of clad melt contacting withmother sheet decreases rapidly to much less than the solidus line with a phase transformation from liquid to solid atthe very beginning of dipping process and then a solidus-solidus contact between mother sheet and clad layeroccurs at the interface. Moreover, the reason that there is a '∩' curve with a long platform in the plot of cladlayer thickness versus immersion time is discovered by using the results of the FEM analysis.
