国内热轧H型钢生产及应用现状

针对国内热轧H型钢生产及应用现状,介绍了马钢、莱钢两条引进H型钢生产线生产情况,分析了存在的问题,指出引进生产线生产情况较好,产品实物质量优良,已广泛应用于国内的重点工程建设,并有部分产品出口。在新产品开发、产品配售加工服务及大型工具备件国产化方面也取得进展。目前,国内H型钢市场尚处在启动期,消费量不足,产能未充分发挥,应进一步开拓市场,扩大产品规格范围,完善配套服务措施,争取国家产业政策的支持。

On the actuality of production and application of domestic hot rolled H-beam, the production situation of two import product lines in Magang and Laigang is introduced, and existent problems are analyzed. The article indicates that import product lines have produced H-beam of excellent practicality quality, which has been applicated in domestic emphasis projects and exported partly. The service of sale and process forming a complete set and large tools homemade level have been improved. The home market for H-beam is in start-up period now. Therefore, the market should be more developed in extending dimension range of product and perfecting sale service, and national policy sustaining should be strived for.
