结合学习贯彻《国有大中型企业建立现代企业制度和加强管理的基本规范(试行)》这一主题,用核心能力理论,探讨了铜陵有色金属集团公司这样的大型国有企业,要想在日益激烈的市场竞争中取得持久竞争优势,必须不断培育和增强核心技术能力、核心管理能力、核心制造能力、核心营销能力,营造符合自身特点的企业文化。
Having learned from Basic Specification for Establishing Modern Enterprise System and
Strengthening Management in Large State Enterprise (For Trial Inplementation), the author draws a conclusion, on
the base of kernel capacity theory, that the large state enterprise such as Tongling Non-ferrous Metal (Group) Co.
must cultivate and heighten kernel technical power, kernel capability for management, kernel capability for
manufacture, kernel capability for sale continuously, and should create enterprise civilization conforming to its own
feature in order to get lasting superiority of competition in the increasingly keen competition for markets.
