从分析300#反应堆安全隐患出发,描述了为保证设备安全和反应堆恢复高功率运行多年来所作的工艺系统整治,介绍了为保证人员安全对新规程的贯彻和整治中采取的安全措施。
In the paper, the lurking peril of SPRR-300 is analyzed. Transformation of the technologi- cal system far the safety of normal operation again is described. Measures for safety, such as the implement of the revised operation code and the stipulations for technological transformation, are introduced.
