提出通过改变领导者的行为提升其影响力,选择和建立保证企业发展的价值观,形成具有正确评价作用的绩效体系和激励作用的薪酬体系,改变员工的日常行为和建立内部真诚沟通的桥梁等途径,增强企业的执行力,保证企业健康发展的观点。
Presented through the approaches to heighten influence through perfecting leaders' behavior, select and establish concepts of value which ensure enterprise development, shape performance system with right valuing function and wage system with promotion function, perfect staff's daily behavior and build bridge for honest internal communication, enterprises will enhance their executive and be able to develop healthily.
