摘要
随着“入世”过渡期的结束,中国石化将以完全独立的市场主体应对国内外的双重竞争和挑战,对员工队伍的结构和素质提出了更高的要求。培训工作是人力资源开发的基础,是企业应对市场竞争的先导性、战略性措施。通过对中国石化当前培训工作面临问题的研究,提出了加强和改进培训工作的对策。
With the ending of transitions of entrance of WTO, Sinopec will face competition and challenge from both at home and abroad as an independent main part of market, which will require high quality and structure of staff. Training is the base of developing human resources, precursor and strategic measures against market competition. Studied the present problems training faced in Sinopec, presented policies to strengthen and improve training.
