摘要
湿地被称为“地球之肾” ,具有独特的生态结构与功能。中国湿地面积约占全球湿地面积的 10 % ,但近年来湿地面积逐渐萎缩 ,已造成了极为严重的生态恶果。因此总结以往湿地研究成果 ,确立包括遥感在内的各种湿地信息提取方法 ,形成包含各种湿地信息的湿地数据子库和管理操作这些数据的湿地信息系统 ,并确立湿地信息的共享与发布机制 ,从而加快湿地科研步伐 ,成为湿地与遥感科技工作者共同关注的问题。WebGIS技术是GIS融合Internet技术发展起来的新技术 ,具有对大批量数据进行有效的分析管理和快速的查询检索功能。
Wetlands connecting with atmosphere, lithosphere and pedosphere, biosphere and hydrosphere, have the special ecosystem structure and function, were called the “the kidney of the Earth”. The exploitation and protection of wetland have a direct influence on economic development and environment conditions. The Chinese wetland area roughly is 6 594×10 4 hm 2, account for 10% of the world wetland. Due to wetland degradation gradually in recent years, have resulted in the extremely serious ecosystem problems. Therefore summarizing the results researched, establishing methods to collect information containing remote sensing, wetland information system including every kind of wetland information database, and construction of the mechanism to publish and share information, have become a problem concerned by wetland and remote sensing scientists. The technique of WebGIS, that is a new technique developed by GIS and the Internet technique recently, with the function processing a large amount of data effectively and searching quickly, which may realize to interactive operation between machine and human, satisfies the needing of research, protection and exploitation of wetland fully. This paper expatiates the WebGIS function characteristics, emphasizes to introduce the WebGIS application in China Wetland Information System, and how to organize, manage and use the data in China Wetland Information System more availably with the WebGIS. And China Wetland Information System based on WebGIS has been the more and more important in wetland research, protection and exploration.
