介绍了一种适用于发动机活塞销孔表面精镗加工用聚晶金刚石镗刀和可微调刀具尺寸的精密微调镗杆 ,该镗刀和镗杆组合具有较高的加工精度和表面粗糙度精度以及调整方便、使用寿命长的特点。
One kind of PCD boring tool and a fine adjustment boring bar,which are suitably used in precision finishing the surface of pinhole of combustion engine piston,are introduced. The PCD boring tool and a fine adjustment boring bar have many advantages such as the high precision of form,dimension and surface roughness,and also have the convenience adjustment and longer operating life.
