摘要
随着网络技术的发展和应用的深入,网络设备和架构日趋复杂,网络管理的难度也逐渐显现了出来。现有的网管产品和技术在网络 维护和问题解决上都存在许多不足。结合ITIL理论的技术体系,介绍一种新的网络管理平台--远程网管平台的实现方案.并探讨如何基于 此方案进行远程网管服务的开展。
This paper combines the technology system of ITIL theory, introduces a new network management platform--the realization scheme of the remote network management platform, discusses how to carry on the development of the remote network management ervice based on this scheme.
