MPLS( multiprotocol label switching) is a switching technique that is high-performance , low-cost and support multiple transactions . It will be one of the kernel techniques in the future network. This paper first introduces the basic concepts of MPLS in brief, describes its features and principles, and then analyses the encryption technologies and key management. At last, how to implement the cryptographical equipment of MPLS network is discussed.
