This paper describes how to use multimedia technology to design self service system based on B/S mode for banks.It analyses the network construction and application system and shows the characteristics of B/S mode. The usage of Web multimedia network technology is introduced in detail in self service terminal and front panel.Meanwhile,it studies the communication,safety and trend of the system.
