摘要
人力资源考核,或者说是人员绩效评估,是管理学理论中一个热门话题。常见的绩效评估方法有关键事件法,评分表法和行为定位 评分法。随着工作流技术的发展,工作流管理系统在企业中的应用也越来越广泛,该文讨论了在此基础上实行人力资源考核的可能性,并提 出了按照传统管理学评估办法进行了工作流管理系统上人力资源考核的基本思路。
Human resource assessment,as well as human performance appraisal, has been a hot topic in management theory. Critical incidents, graphic rating scales and behaviorally anchored rating seales(BARS) arc commonly used in performance appraisal. With the development of workflow technology, workflow management system has been more and more widely used in enterprises. This paper diseusses the possibility of human resource assess based on workflow management system and presents basic accessment to the assessment according to the traditional management appraisal technique.
