摘要
本文重点介绍了儿麻后遗症的分型,将临床众多的分型简单化,归纳为挛缩型与松弛型,以新的观点叙述了分型的特点,在手术方案的制定上,根据病人的自身条件与具体情况,全面考虑设置整体计划与步骤,遵循外科手术原则,设置最佳手术方案,以达最理想的手术效果及预计康复目标,并讨论了各型当中的治疗体会。
The new simplified classification of sequelae of infantile paralysis and its distinguishing feature were introduced in this article. The contracture type and laxity type were drawn from the numerous old types. According to the individual condition of the patient and the principle of orthopedic surgery, the optimal design and procedures of the operation were selected in order to get the best results. The experience of surgical management in each type was also discussed.
