摘要
金融市场开放和金融体制改革使得中国的证券业开始转变经营模式,转向以客户为中心的经营理念。从证券业实施CRM的必要性开 始,论述了适合证券业的分析型CRM系统功能及框架,以及实现该系统的核心技术。并在最后结合证券业的特点,论述了分析型CRM在证 券业的实际应用。
Chinese securities industry has to change their management strategy, which is the center of the customer, because of the opening of the financial marker and reforming of the financial system. This paper begins with the necessity of applications of CRM insecurities business, and discusses the function and frame of the analytical CRM System, however dissertates the key technology of this CRM system. At the end of the paper, the practice application of the analytical CRM is enumerated.
