This paper aims at describing the designing methods on developing the simulation system of Imp. & Exp. business and showing the practical application of XML and ASP technology on the project development. The concrete technology of interaction between XML and SQL server database based on the middleware of ASP is also discussed in the article. So it is sure to have practical value for developing MIS on the Internet/Intranet.
