摘要
从1978～1990年12月采用9种股四头肌替代术术式对66例儿麻后遗股四头肌瘫痪进行手术治疗,经9月～10年观察,优良率达到90.9％。本文讨论了手术适应证及提高疗效的几个问题。初步报告了取1/2股二头肌与半腱肌前移新术式及同侧臀肌瘫痪重建术与股四头肌替代术一次性手术同时进行的优选组合方法。
From 1978 to 1990, we had applied 9 kinds of quadriceps replacement operations to treat 66 cases postpoliomyelitis patients. About 90. 9% cases had good result. Several problems about indication and how to raise the effective rate were discussed in this report. Also, we report a new method about combining four surgical procedures; including transference of 1/2 biceps femoris and semitendinosus anteriorly, reconstruction of the same-side gluteal muscle paralysis and quadriceps replacement operation at the same time.
