摘要
股四头肌瘫痪在小儿麻痹后遗症中属多见的瘫痪,为恢复股四头肌替代功能,临床采用各种方法,其中以腘绳肌转移替代股四头肌功能,手术效果较为满意。我院10年来据统计1877例儿麻股四头肌瘫痪病孩,随访其疗效优良率达75％。该手术之所以得到满意的效果,原因在于三方面:1.手术设计合理;2.手术操作细致;3.术后配合功能锻炼。
Since 10 years passed, department of pediatric orthopaedics and department of orthopaedics of our hospital have added up 1877 cases suffered from paralysis of quadriceps in children. The excellent rate of effective surgical treatment is 75%, the reason of which are as follows:1. its initial and reasonable design of operation;2. careful operative maneuver;3. post-operative functional exercise.
