Biomechanical Studies for Restoration Operation of Gluteal Muscle Paralysis

本文结合临床实践,探讨了臀大肌重建术的解剖学基础和力学原理,分析了俯卧,站立、行走及髋关节屈曲畸形时臀肌的生物力学作用;提出了臀肌重建在设计时应考虑的三个力学要素.

Combining with the clinical practice of restoration operation of gluteal muscle paralysis,this paper discussed its anatomical base and mechanical principle. The biomechanical actions of gluteal muscle were computed and analyzed while het patients were prostrating, standing, walking when their hips were in flexion deformity. The authors put forward that three essential factors should be considered when doctors design how to perform the operation.
