自1977年以来,作者为小腿不等长患者设计了一种新装置,并经过了同事们的改进。本文介绍了使用方法、年龄与手术方法的关系及如何避免膝关节和足部并发症的发生。
Since 1977 the author had made a new appliance and modified by our co-workers for the leg lengthening in patients with limbs discrepency.This paper discussed the methods and the relations between the age, operative procedures and how to avoid the post operative complications of the knee joint and foot.
