摘要
以低碳钢、高碳钢和灰铸铁为阳极,电解生成高铁酸盐的研究表明,阳极材料含碳量的不同,电流效率具有显著的差异,灰铸铁>高碳钢>低碳钢.实验表明,对阳极加间歇式负向脉冲方波,可有效地消除阳极上的氧化膜,电流效率明显提高,用电解新制的高铁酸盐降解十二烷基苯磺酸纳(SDBS)模拟废水的结果表明,CODCr的去除率可达85%以上。
Low-carbon steel,high-carbon steel and grey cast iron were taken as the anode on electrolysis production of ferrate(Ⅵ)respectively.The results showed that there is a remarkable current efficiency difference depends upon the carbon content in the anodic material,and grey cast iron gives higher FeO 2- 4 current efficiency,and high-carbon steel is the next.After a negative intermittent square pulse applied to the anode for meliorating the surface of the anode,the oxide film on the anode effectively eliminated,and the current efficiency increased apparently. The removal rate of COD Cr is more than 85% using the fresh ferrate(Ⅵ)to degrade sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS).
