对我国企业债券市场发展的几点认识

目前,我国间接融资占绝对优势的融资结构为银行体系带来很大的压力,发展企业债市场是提高直接融资比例、完善我国金融结构体系的一种有效手段。文章通过分析目前我国企业债券市场存在的问题,进而对比国外发达市场发展经验,探讨进一步完善发展我国债券市场的措施。

The current predominance of indirect financing in China's financing structure exerts enormous pressure on the country's banking system. Developing a corporate bond market is an effective way to raise the ratio of direct financing and improve China's financial structure. After an analysis of existing problems in China's corporate bond market, this paper compares the market with developed markets abroad and proposes measures for further development.
