2004年我国国民经济继续平稳较快增长,对外贸易再创新高,物价涨势趋稳。文章认为,2005年我国经济发展的国际经济环境仍比较有利,但增长速度可能略为降低,经济发展的政策环境和市场机制将进一步完善。宏观调控政策宜采取"适中"取向,并更多地用经济、法律手段促进经济结构调整,保持经济平稳较快增长。

In 2004,China's national economy continued its steady and rapid growth,foreign trade posted a record high,and price increase tended to stabilize.This article points out that while the international economic environment for China's economic development is still quite favorable in 2005,China's growth rate is likely to be lower.In 2005,the policy environment and market mechanism will be improved,as China adopts a 'moderate' policy of macro management,promoting economic adjustment and stepping up the use of economic and legal means to maintain steady and rapid economic growth.
