Publication of relevant rules and procedures for securities companies' short-term financing bonds

根据《中国人民银行办公厅关于证券公司短期融资券相关规程的批复》(银办函[2004]650号)精神,中国外汇交易中心暨全国银行间同业拆借中心于2004年12月29日发布《证券公司短期融资券交易操作规程》和《证券公司短期融资券信息披露操作规程》,规程自发布之日起实施。

Based on a document from the General Administration Department of the People's Bank of China on rules and procedures for securities companies' short-term financing bonds,China Foreign Exchange Trade System (also known as National Interbank Funding Center) publicized and put into effect two regulations on December 29,2004:Regulation on Transaction of Securities Companies' Short-term Financing Bonds and Regulation on Information Disclosure of Securities Companies' Short-term Financing Bonds.
