基于并行工程的锚链产业发展研究

摘要 传统中小型制造企业现代化改造是地方制造业加速的重要课题。针对锚链行业面临的技术落后、资金短缺和市场竞争激烈等问题,在安徽锚链行业中引入并行工程思想,对企业生产和经营管理进行指导,将串行活动并行化,可以优化企业资源配置,加快企业产品的开发,降低成本,促进行业快速发展。这种在生产和经营管理中引入并行工程思想的做法可以推广到其他类似的中小型制造企业。 To reconstruct the conventional enterprises with modernization is an important role that the accelerating of region manufacturing industry requirement. We introduce the Concurrent Engineering (CE) to Anhui province's anchor chain industry aiming at the problems that it is being confronted with, such as the lag of technique, the lack of financing, and the severity of competition. So the CE idealogy that guide the enterprise's producing and management controlling by means of concurrentimizing now consequence tasks could be used to optimize the enterprise's resource distribution, accelerate the enterprise's new product exploitation, and reduce the cost, hence to promote the development of the anchor chain industry. This modus operandi of introducing CE to enterprise's producing and management controlling could be extended to other similar medium and small-sized manufacturing enterprises.
