摘要
以国产某磁浮列车转向架为基础,对其进行了结构和受力分析;构造数学优化模型,确定各优化变量,以转向架主要部位的板材厚度为参数,完成转向架参数化模型的建立和离散;应用有限元软件提供的优化方法,以转向架的强度和刚度指标为约束,进行以轻量化为目标的优化,得到优化结果;最后对各设计变量与目标函数及约束之间的关系进行分析。
Based on a certain kind of domestic-made bogie of Maglev, t he analysis of the bogie structure and loads circumstance was done. The math model for the optimization purpose was build and also the opt variables were decided; and a parametric model of bogie were built and meshed using the shell thickness of some important structure; then by using the opt methods afforded by FEM software, the weight optimization was done with the stiffness and intensity as the restrictions. Eventually the relationships among design variables 、objective function and restriction were studied.
